Leisure and lifestyle
Leisure and Lifestyle has a range of activities focused on health, well-being and personal development. This year we have a range of complementary therapy courses running across the borough, giving a relaxed introduction to the benefits of aromatherapy, indian head massage and Reiki. New for this year is the OCN nutrition course and back by popular demand is menu of the month.
We are also offering accredited courses in Health & Safety, Food Safety and First Aid. For these courses we would ask learners to contact us on 01422 392820 to register their interest.
