Walking the Way to Health (WHI) is the largest national body promoting and setting the standards for led health walks.

Healthy Living Community Gym

This gym, based at the Queens Road Neighbourhood Centre, offers a range of modern equipment, qualified bi-lingual instructors, and women-only and men-only sessions.  For further information please call into the gym or contact the Council's Acitivity and Community Development Unit on 01422 363953.
