Please note: Your bulky waste must be outside and accessible from the time of your order. Collections can take place at any time from your order being made and up to 28 working days. If the crew arrive and your bulky waste is not out, you will need to reorder.

There is a charge, to be paid in advance, for this service, so please have your card details ready.

In the case of service disruption, there may be additional delays to bulky waste collections. Please do not email or phone the Contact Centre to follow up orders already placed; the collection will take place as soon as possible within current restrictions.

Terms and Conditions
  • The items are free-standing and empty of contents
  • The items do not contain hazardous materials (eg asbestos) or building materials
  • The items do not contain garden waste
  • The items for collection are at one property in Calderdale
    I understand that if I need collections from multiple properties I will need to place multiple collection requests.
  • At the time of ordering, the items are outside, freestanding, neatly stacked, in an unlocked, accessible position
  • I am not a business
  • I understand that once I have submitted my request I can’t add other items
